60. Orders of preference. The chief justice or the judge the chief justice designates may, on his or her own initiative or on a motion, order that a matter be heard by preference. The motion must be presented on the date and at the time agreed with the clerk. It must be served on the other parties and filed at the office of the Court at least 2 working days before its presentation.
